R.J. Williams

Founder/Chief Executive Officer

Having started off on the other side of the camera as a child actor, R.J. Williams knows what celebrities like and dislike in regards to the media. He recognized the need to re-work and re-sculpt how the media interacted with celebrities. As a result, he created Young Hollywood- a multimedia entertainment company that creates video content that features A-list celebrities and introduces the next big stars and trends before they hit the mainstream.

Young Hollywood was established under R.J.'s production company, Arjay Entertainment, which he formed immediately after finishing his studies at USC Film school. Building upon his strong personal relationships, R.J. was able to secure exclusive interviews with the "who's who" of Hollywood's A-list celebrities. His unique vision allowed him to build an impressive client roster that included ABC, FOX, CBS, Showtime, TV Guide, and Yahoo. Arjay Entertainment quickly developed a reputation for providing the most cutting-edge celebrity programming, as they became the first and last word on everything to do with "Young Hollywood."

In 2007 Williams expanded his reach to emerging platforms and launched YoungHollywood.com. Unlike the paparazzi, R.J.'s crews are not the cameras trying to get in, but are the cameras that are actually on the inside. The interviews are more organic and genuine, intimate and personal, catering to the subjects that matter to the celebrity. The Young Hollywood brand has received the trust of the entertainment community which is one of the reasons R.J. has become known as The Ultimate Insider® and one of the reasons Young Hollywood receives access unlike any other. As such, R.J. has become one of the country's leading authorities on marketing to today's youth and spotting trends before they happen.

Williams has been recognized by his peers and the press. He has been profiled in such publications as The Los Angeles Times, Variety, LA Confidential, and selected to the Hollywood Reporters Digital Power 50.
